As the mausoleum has undergone extensive construction and renovations to this beautiful final resting place for our loved ones, we remind you that food and pets are strictly prohibited.  When installing artificial floral arrangements, reachers are available throughout the building to assist you. Please do not stand on the benches. They are not intended for standing on. If you cannot install your floral arrangement, please bring them to the office and the cemetery staff will install them for you.  Thank you.

August 18, 2017 - A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued yesterday. Our loved ones will be moved to their final resting place immediately.

August 4, 2017 - The general contractor has advised all inspections have been performed and all inspections have passed.  At this time, we await the Borough of Totowa's engineer to sign off on the project and the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.  We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.  We too look forward to completion of this project.

July 26, 2017 - The road in front of the mausoleum was completed Wednesday, July 26th.  It was delayed due to the rain earlier in the week.  As the pavement dries and settles, parking in front of the mausoleum is prohibited until Sunday, July 30th. The mausoleum is still open for visitation. You may park in the office/garage parking lot and walk over to the mausoleum. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time as we work to improve the appearance of the cemetery and mausoleum. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

July 24 & 25, 2017 - The road in front of the mausoleum will be repaved.  Upon completion of the roadwork our contractor will be able to apply for the certificate of occupancy.  

July 7 - 21, 2017 - The carpeting throughout the mausoleum will be removed and replaced with new carpet. The work will commence in the Chapel and proceed to the other corridors.  Visitation may be restricted in certain corridors as this work is completed.

July 5 - 28, 2017 - Electricians installing new light fixtures throughout the mausoleum.

June 28, 29 and 30, 2017 - Excavator will be on site to grade the land around the mausoleum.

June 26, 2017 - Construction site fence will be removed.

June 15 - 29, 2017 - Security cameras will be installed throughout mausoleum.

June 12 - July 9, 2017 - The stucco on the perimeter of the mausoleum will be applied and painted.  

May 29 - July 7, 2017 - Restrooms will be unavailable as they undergo renovation.  A restroom trailer will be located at the front of the mausoleum for your convenience. 

May 5-13, 2017 - Ceilings throughout the mausoleum are scheduled for painting.  Visitation may be restricted in certain corridors as the work is completed.  

April 27, 2017 - the storefronts located in Corridors 1E and 1F will be removed. The corresponding walls will be removed on Wednesday, May 3rd.  Visitation in these corridors will be unavailable temporarily.

April 17, 2017 - Setting of exterior granite panels has commenced.

April 10, 2017 - New concrete walkways at the front and perimeter of new buildings was poured.

April 4, 2017 - The storefronts leading into Corridors 1C and 1D were taken down, creating a more open environment for visitation.

February 1, 2017 - Setting of interior granite and marble panels has commenced.  

January 30, 2017 - Taking advantage of the good weather today, the roofers have commenced installation of the new roof.  

We are very thankful for the blessing of good weather that has been in our favor since construction commenced.  Concrete was poured to complete the six levels to both new buildings as well as the roof that connects the existing building to the new buildings. 

Week of August 29, 2016 - Pouring of concrete slab on south side will be completed.  Form work for the crypts has been cut and ready to be placed on the slab is set. 

Week of August 15, 2016 - Ground work continues.  Electrician on site. Lumber delivered and construction forming for foundation pour. Excavation for dry wells will start next week.

Week of August 8, 2016 - Excavation of soil, preparing ground for leveling and tamping on both sides of the existing mausoleum.  

Week of July 25, 2016 - Concrete sidewalks located at Corridor 1G have been removed today. Concrete sidewalk located at Corridor 1H will be removed later this week. The concrete sidewalk has not been removed from behind the mausoleum, Corridor 1B (facing the river).  To access Corridor 1B (back of building) please proceed through any of the main entrances and exit through the doors of either Corridor 1C and/or Corridor 1D.  Please refrain from walking through, or around, the construction areas. Protective fences have been installed around the perimeter of the construction area. Thank you for your understanding and consideration during this time.

July 22, 2016 - Letters were mailed to the owners of entombment privileges for Corridor 1G, Corridor 1H, Niche Wall D and Niche Wall E regarding the commencement of construction. Construction is set to commence the week of July 25, 2016, weather permitting.
